i'd wanna note the dynamics of this exact lineup - gordon and bones as extra ballhandlers/playmakers means what for PG? well in this case, off the previous suns miss, bones gets the rebound, pushes it ahead instead of deferring to PG (who's in the backcourt), gets it to gordon and gordon does a very non-luke thing and pushes ahead for the score.

if that's any indication of what's to come, it's a transformational change for our offense with our PG-on/kawhi-off minutes.

they're basically "do-something" guys. batum/covington/luke, very reactionary, so not so much. paul george's do-something is really, really bad when it's too much. reggie was not a good "do-something" guy, despite the team asking him to. but bones/gordon/plumlee? all three are really invested in making something happen.
