I missed the first half since I was working on my PC. It's good to see Elton on the floor. I turned it in just in time to see Brevin miss an open layup. :)

This is a close one, we could have used those 2 points from Brevin

Damn, I see Durant made a shot to end the quarter. Sonics are up 70-69, we're going into the fourth in a tight game. I hope that we can distance ourselves and beat the Sonics.

Clips trail the Sonics 69-70 at the end of the 3rd.

I hope this game doesn't come down to that play.

Thornton with a double double, 18 and 10. That's what I like to see and we're up 75-70.

We would have won a lot more games with EB healthy and ready to play. But I guess things weren't on our side this season. I'm happy that he is able to play now and he's playing well already. It seems like he's gotten better as the game has gone on.

EB has 17...how fitting would it be for him to come back and score 20 in his return?? Oh and this Smush Parker guy...now I know what all the fuss was about when he signed him. From what I saw when he was with the lakers, he was an all right ball player. Now, I think he's the worst basketball player I've ever seen-- including Tim Thomas.

Most definitely. If we can keep the core guys and add some backcourt help via the draft & FA we're good to go next season. We just need to be healthy.

Durant is killing us, Thornton and Durant had scored about the same amount until Durant decided to light it up this quarter. Thornton still has a double double though.

We win 102-84. EB is the reason why we won this game, he took over in the fourth. He wound up scoring 19 points and grabbing 5 rebounds all in 25 minutes. Not bad for his first game back this season. Thornton had a double double, 21 points and 10 rebounds. Maggette chipped in with 20 points of his own. It also seems like the Sonics might have given up in the fourth. I couldn't watch the game so I can't say, but from what I saw in th box score it looked like it.

102-84 Clippers win. :D On a night where you had the return of Gasol, Arenas & Nowitzki, the Clippers got the nicest surprise. EB returned to game action for the first time in almost a year with 19 points in 25 minutes. He was only supposed to play about 5 minutes but that wouldn't have been nearly enough. He was a little rusty to start the game but down the stretch he was feeling it and was knocking down his jumpers. It's great to have him back and I know that he was happy to be back. He has to teach these newcomers the double tap though, they haven't done it all season. 21 points and 10 rebounds for Al. Clippers had 13 turnovers in the first half and maybe 1 in the 4th if any at all. It was good to see them cut back on them because they were taking us out of this game. Durant had a great scoring night for the Sonics. I'm still pleased with Thornton's performance though in the head to head matchup with the Sonics rookies. I'll also have to applaud Dickau's game tonight, he hit some nice shots, didn't have any turnovers and had an overall efficient game. Good job Clips.

He came in and immediately exhibited the leadership that he's famous around here for...he did such a great job tonight, it's a thrill to have him back! I never expected him to score 19 points, let alone play 26 minutes!

I gotta say, I'm impressed with Fazekas too. I wouldn't call him graceful or powerful, not even talented or skilled, but him and his flat feet have done some nice things for the squad. Also, you gotta love the progress Josh Powell has shown. And oh yeah Al Thornton...he's a pretty nice player too.
