whoops. Neither get him. Spurs use that space to help Sacto get DeRozan with taking Barnes. Both team improved quite a bit in this transaction.
I just can't see any tanking team beyond Jazz and Portland in the west. I could easily name 5 or 6 in the east with Nets, Bulls, Wizards, Pistons, Raptors and maybe even Hornets and Hawks.
