They were right. Kawhi isn't a natural leader. Pop was the leader. With toronto, toronto looked for him to lead, so he did that.

They never looked for Kawhi to lead and Kawhi never took the mantle.

This was a worse collapse than the Lob City vs the Rockets. That team at least had their stars show up for game 7 and dropped 32 points in the 4th quarter as they went down. Pure embarrassment.

It only got to Game 7 in the first place because of Doc. Don't use Kawhi and PG's performance as an excuse for Doc when this series should have been over long before this.

With everything going on in the country right now there is a 0% chance Doc is let go. It's true.

I don't hate Doc. He seems like a genuinely great guy, but I think as a coach he's more like a Mark Jackson. He helped get GSW out of the gutter then Kerr elevated them to the next level.
Doc helped us get out of the gutter, but the entire lob city era underachieved and now this.

Feel bad for the guy bc I really like him as a human being, but even my cousin who's a die hard Celtics fan said he was happy to see Doc go when he left Boston.

absolutely congrats to denver and their fans. that team was amazing and down for the count so many times. but they played their best when it mattered.

i'm pretty sad about today's loss. but from a basketball and sports perspective what denver did was quite incredible.
