i can see why it's hard to trust okc defense. not that most other teams aren't vulnerable to it but they are letting dj get seemingly unlimited rolls to the rim.

WTF, Wes?!

Post#44 » by Ranma » Thu Mar 3, 2016 5:11 am

Westbrook easily read Redick's pass attempt to Johnson in the corner. After a bunch of back-and-forth turnovers, the Clippers finally get control to set up another shot from the corner from Johnson, who doesn't even set his feet before hucking up the miss. How can we expect to make a comeback if we're predictably force-feeding players who are unnecessarily rushing their shot attempts?

Is Wes Johnson a better player than Geoff Green?

Questionable Options

The fact that question even has to be asked says quite a bit. Honestly, I think Dorrell Wright would be better for the role Wes Johnson has been playing for us. If Johnson would not be so deterred by physical contact and be more apt to drive the lane every now and then, it would be a different story.

yeah strange thing about wes is he's so averse to contact. he could be such an athletic slasher for us.

Improbabilities

Post#59 » by Ranma » Thu Mar 3, 2016 5:46 am

Wes D's up Westbrook into a turnover and DJ hits another tip-in after making a clutch free throw with another and-1 attempt forthcoming. I can't believe my eyes.
