Beverly just cleans up so many gaps and if Reggie can stay focused on defense and playmaking the second unit looks 10x better.

the less lou-ball, the better. so many quality shots, the ball hops. its so beautiful to watch.

Turns out Patrick Beverly is the real coach of this team, not doc rivers. Thank god. As soon as he comes back team starts playing well

its not only a must win, it has to be a statement win. they don't have jaren jackson. A win is good enough for the standings, but I'd like something they can build upon on a stretch run.

its trending towards that. This can't be a 101-99 win. I said it needs to be convincing, something they can build upon.

Good pressure on defense with Green and Harrell closing in together. Keep the ball moving on the other end

Lou has 5 points, 4 assists, plus+21
this is what happens when you're out there with real NBAers, not G Leaguers and the back of the bench like Robinson and McGruder

Lou's a hero for keeping us afloat having to quarterback that dreck while PG and Bev were out

The Clippers are playing well and everyone's happy except you. You're still trying to start arguments in the game thread.

Even though clipps are playing well, no lead is ever safe when doc is the head coach. Clipps better play well in the 2nd half

Fans my ass, lol. Frontrunners. Know it alls when we're injured and lose a few in a row, then still dogging the coach when his system looks like a million bucks when you finally have the right horses to run it.

This is Doc's system on both offense and defense and he deserves plenty of credit for keeping the system up and running and the boat afloat through 29 different starting lineups.

We'll still lose a few and the vultures will be back, but the season starts tonight. The rest was noise. Sound and fury signifying nothing.

No it isn't. It's Beverley's system. Doc made a big show a while back of handing Beverley the playbook and telling him to run all the plays. Can't give Doc all the credit now when Beverley's doing the coaching.

Jackson for McGruder has been a major shift so far. Less Lou ball will be important we have not seen the ball movement flashed with Reggie all season. If we can keep
A strong balance (limit full court passes) then the team should be able to survive full swap

Return to Los Angeles Clippers
