He's never been a good ball handler. Ever.

I wonder if it's Ty Lue or a contractual/promised role thing...

Back to the game.

Paul George's turnovers come at about a 2-1 rate from bad passes vs losing the ball by either getting stripped while driving or getting picked, he's not really getting picked consistently, certainly not where I can say with a straight face that it's too easy to pick.

When it comes to turnovers, the primary issue is jumping to pass / trying to make decisions in the air, lazy passes, and trying to make passes that aren't there, at least not for his passing skill level.

These are issues (in the 2nd paragraph) younger players have esp jumping to pass that either improve over time, or the player isn't put in that position anymore as it gets closer to important games. I don't understand the risk/reward purpose of continually going back to it when we have 3 PG's who just straight up don't play in that manner.

And sloppy passes is poor BBIQ. Gifted athlete, but that's what it is.

Good first half but plenty of work to do. Have to keep the effort high and do the little things to give them no hope

Yeah I wish his turnovers were more the defense but plenty of them are just bad decisions before they are even made

Weird to see so much spread out scoring which is a really rare thing to see from this team.

That tweak of Davis' ankle looked bad, it was an awkward roll. If he is out for any length of time, even with James coming back next week, could the fLakers even drop out of the playoffs? I don't think so, it is almost mathematically impossible to drop out of the play-in group, but dropping to #7 looks quite probable. Still, not exactly the way you want to go into the playoffs. Not like I'm sad about it, but I would much rather see a healthy fLaker team get beat, because then no excuses.
The Clipper fan understands the Book of Exodus better than anyone... what it's like to struggle 40 years in the wilderness... and Genesis.. why Cain went after Abel... So fLakers, look out... we're coming.

Jumping to pass is generally not the best, but it isn't a blanket situation, it all depends on if you're good at it, that's really what it boils down to. A guy like Jason Kidd jumped to pass a lot, the thing is that he was successful at doing it, because his vision and his ability to still find guys accurately even when he got in the air and looked like maybe he didn't have anyone was excellent. Jason Kidd is one of the NBA's greatest passers of all time, so it's not necessarily a try this at home situation.

AD is the ultimate glass athlete man, looks like every part of his body leaving him game by game... as a basketball man I'm feeling sorry tbh.

Tuning in late, is AD on a minutes restriction still?

Great first halves from Cousins and Zu. Zu bodied up Drummond and then blocked his shot instead of playing way off and always exerting all his focus on not trying to foul. That's what he has to do. Even for the centers that are better than him. Just get physical and let your presence be felt

Exactly! And we all know they shouldn't even be in the same category. I genuinely don't think the coaches tell any "suggestions" to the two max players but this is not something that should be happening at all..

I don’t like Leonard’s shot attempts since he’s returned. They’re not the same looks. He’s parking in the corner too much. Hardly any screens set for him, very little work in the mid range.

Is it by design? To keep his contact minimal?
