I like the adjustment, its just not kawhi's night and they're making the push without him

Nope, top priorities are keeping Trez and Morris. Reggie is nice but of course teams are letting up do whatever with Trez and Lou on the court.
Hopefully Reggie takes a 1 yr pay cut to stay. I love this team's depth.
The bench looked horrible for weeks and had taken a step back in general this season before Jackson. It’s night and day difference between the old bench that swapped McGruder for Jackson but the rest of those guys were there struggling as a unit.
Even if it’s not Jackson getting another quality point guard that can defend, PASS and score should be a goal.
the team's night and day with jackson, i agree. he should be the priority along with harrell. keeping morris would be nice but he hasn't shown himself to be the difference in impact that jackson has.

Reggie's playing great , 9 points, 3 assists
but Lou is plus+20 with 16 points and 7 assists
don't forget the guys who got us here
Well not by the numbers but the balance has been impactful. He has been the glue to make the second unit stable rather than just scoring runs. Should always keep a strong ball handler next to Lou

Depending on Mann's development, he could slide right into that role

The "bench" was Lou and Trezz and a bunch of guys who don't even belong in the NBA. Now that Lou and Trezz have actual NBAers to play with, they're stylin'. They have 39 points between them already and more to come

Lou said the same thing. The irony is that Lou has 8 assists and Reggie only 3. But as Lou said, his natural position is the 2 and playing beside Reggie lets him do what he does best.

The way they were playing until that late run in the third was inexcusable, no matter how much you want to dismiss it. The game also isn't over yet.

Shamet and Green have been part of said bench for weeks now though. Even with Green’s inconsistency he was really only allowed to shoot 3’s and now with ball movement it’s been more open. Shamet like always will have to pick his spots because there is only one ball and Reggie has to get his looks to stay engaged. Lou and Harrell held up the scoring without a doubt but it just looks more complete now

121 points and counting to a team with no Embiid, no Simmons, no Richardson, and Horford fouled out. Embarrassing. At least we're making some tough shots down the stretch, though.
