I don't care what it takes to embarrass you into acting like an actual fan instead of whining and blaming and scapegoating Doc or Ty or Lou or whoever.

Keep it up.

Again, says the guy who's rooting for the team to fail and Kawhi to leave.

I won't insult your intelligence by suggesting you believe what you just said.

Really? You didn't do an immediate heel turn on the team after Doc got fired? You haven't practically been begging Kawhi to sign with the Suns? Who's insulting whose intelligence again?

Very good win. PG needs to stay away from the media as much as possible and rediscover that Indiana magic.
I still think we need a good ball handling pg to steady the ship when it matters. 1 down. 70 to go.

It's PG's team now--until further notice anyway. He had a LOT to prove tonight to the basketball world and to his teammates and he did.

So far so good.

Okay, just so everyone knows, Zubac's season high last season was 27:46. He played more than 24 minutes 8 times, 7 of the 8 being between 24:18 and 24:39. He played 27 minutes tonight. Now, I don't know how his minutes are going to look, but it certainly seems like Lue is comfortable playing him more than half the game, which is nice for Zubac. We'll see how it goes the rest of the season.

Do you want me to give you a prize for that? We all knew that would happen, it's a pattern around fan bases, where there are fans who always want to blame coaches, nothing new, there are Spurs fans if you go on their forums who used to diss Pop all the time.

None of what you are saying erases the fact that you complain about threads being hijacked, yet you contribute to the problem by baiting the people who you feel will hijack the thread, it's called pot meet kettle. Don't complain about it and then go ahead and contribute to it, then complain about it at the same time, it's like a self inflicted cycle of doom

Surprised Zu and Lou were able to click so fast. It looked shaky in the preseason

PG was excellent
Beverley and Zubac played pretty good at times.
I thought Kawhi played pretty average despite 26 points.
Ibaka, Batum and Lou were so so.
Patterson and Kennard were both pretty awful.

One thing I liked this game was this moment when Lakers got a 3 pointer and cut the lead to 6 points in the 3rd quarter. Lou called a TO, and when we got back we had a drawn play for a Pat Bev corner 3. You'd hardly ever see something like that from Doc.

He may not play as many if Morris comes back, but I am certain he will play more than Ibaka most nights. I think Zubac is better at setting screens and better on the defensive end, but Ibaka is better shooter and passer, so I think the game and the opposition will dictate the minutes.

Zu got 28 minutes @+17, Ibaka 21 minutes @minus-8.

Zu was the only one who showed up in shape for The Bubble and the only one who exceeded expectations. Man, did he run the floor tonight!

But you gotta give Trez his due too. 17-10-3 on 6-7 shooting. Those are real numbers. I never dissed Zu--it was that Trez earned his stripes and his PT and his 6MOY and neither can play the 4.

I may have missed it--did Ibaka and Zu play together tonight?

As much as I hated Doc for his in game coaching, his plays out of time outs were pretty good.
