KL is very very good but he is not as good as KD. Basically KL's peak (now) is a little better than KD's average.

It's just beyond frustrating. FINALLY, we have a front office who does everything the right way. They don't tank. They value the draft. They make shrewd trades. They build a winning culture. And because we're the Clippers, it still finds a way to backfire in spectacular fashion. I'm losing hope that we'll ever see the Clippers make a conference finals, let alone win a ring. WTF is the point of even having a franchise if the basketball gods are just going to dump on us no matter what we do? :noway:

It might be better at this point if the raptors win it all- Kawhi could just say he made the greatest accomplishment for them and that there are no loose ends.

He might still want to come to the clippers regardless.

Even if he stays, perhaps the clippers have a chance at Durant.

Who knows what the future holds anyway- perhaps Kawhi would turn into a future Bill Walton with recurring injuries

Former NFL WR and current Fox Sports analyst, Cris Carter claimed to know Kawhi and thinks the Clippers and Knicks are at the forefront of the race for Kawhi in free agency, but that was before the Raptors making the Finals. In any case, I wouldn't consider him a credible source or even insightful analyst.

Every morning, after the gym, and before work, I flip on Cris and Nick for 15-20 minutes as I get ready.

I'm 97% sure he said two-team race, then said the thing about Toronto being in the race, then called it a three team race as he finished the segment.

The remaining 3% is because I couldn't find a video to support it and is the only thing keeping me from going on a rant about **** journalism.

The possibility of Kawhi+KD to the Clippers in summer is just ended with this finals IMO.

KD is gonna sign with someone regardless the outcome but If Golden State wins then Kawhi is not the guy to join a team where Durant the guy who beat him plays.

If Raptors wins(and somehow Kawhi choose Clippers over Raptros)- Durant wil not join the team kawhi plays. It will look like "he join the guy he defeated" all over again.

It's just what it is.

Bring me the winner and AD.

He's gonna stay and I have no problems with that. Toronto and half the country are going to bend over backwards to accommodate him and his entire family. They'll give him a national holiday now since they've made the Finals. Meanwhile out here in LA its a divided city and there's too much dumb sh*t out here anyways- namely the antics of Laker fans. He comes to the Clipps and some Laker fans will probably boo him at Dodger Stadium. Espn710 has a mandate not to give us any attention or airtime whatsoever unless a Sterling type scandle breaks out. The media's fascination with all things LeBron and the Laker front office mess, etc. Just dumb unnecessary sh*t out here and I'm f*cking sick of it!! There's no type of bullsh*t and f*ckery up there like it is here. They're all united for one cause.

We just gotta stay the course, Trez, SGA, Shamet, and maybe Jerome make the leap next season. Maybe we get KD or Jimmy Butler in July. We're still on the right path too me. It was Toronto's time, they deserve this. Their GM Masai Ujiri has balls of steel and swung for the fences and it paid off.

Or make it more interesting, Toronto wins but it means KL stays in Toronto and KD stays with the Warriors.
