Good game guys, I really hope you can turn it around, Baron is one of my favorites in the entire league and Zach gets real hated on for his style of game. Gordon and Thornton are studs as well. I didn't even mention Kaman either.....lol. Best of luck the rest of the season.

Thanks. I hope your team gets healthy. I've been rooting for Houston the past couple seasons in the playoffs.

I was onboard with Zach too! If only because we only had to give up 2 filler contracts for him.
(good luck to Cutino, good riddance to TT...)

With this win we move ahead of the Kings in the Pacific division. They lost to the Knicks tonight, we're finally not last in the division.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

I was all for the Z-Bo trade, this guy is so beastly! But hey, glad you've joined the bandwagon. For you, I bet that crow never tasted so good!

It is very critical that we can string 4 more wins together then the words "clippers and playoffs" might not be out the question this season.
We have to win our next 4 games though great win.

I agree with Kaman coming off the bench.

Re: Game 23: Los Angeles (5-17) VS Houston (15-8)
Finally, a game that we controlled for the most part, and didn't have a melt down in the winding minutes of the game. Thorton had a good game, with some nice aggressive drives. We need him to consistently do that when his shots are not falling. J-Hart with a nice game as well, nice to see him get some playing time. This was a nice display of what we can do if everything's clicking. This is what I pictured before the season started, it's really nice to see it actually happen.
And what can I say, Z-Bo is the man. We pretty much got away with highway robbery with the trade. We got exactly what we were lacking, which was scoring, and the added rebounding is nice. Who cares about the 2010 sweepstakes, there's no guarantee we would've lured any of the big names here anyways. I'm pretty sure we still have some space for some decent FAs, just not the big ones. And I like our roster, we just need some more time to gel, and a new coach.
And finally regarding Kaman, let him come off the bench. As far as I can remember, he wasn't doing so great in the beginning of the season, so now that we've been able to string a few wins together, I say keep everything as it is. We need Z-Bo's scoring and Camby's defense.

After the start that we had this season, I pretty much closed the door on my personal hopes of this franchise luring a big time free-agent in 2010. That is all subject to change, but I won't hold my breath. As it is right now, I'm not even sure as to how much cap room we will have when that time comes. If Camby is still an adequate producer at that time, I wouldn't mind seeing him back on the team. We could probably still bring in a nice player to provide depth to what will hopefully be a productive core.
