How About This For a Lineup

Bulls fan here:I was day-dreaming and thought of this..

The Clippers win the lottery (2.3% chance to win it) and select John Wall.
The Clippers trade Baron Davis & '11 2nd Rounder for Mike Conley & Griz 3rd 1st round (they have 3). With that 1st round they select Craig Brackins (PF).
With the Clippers 2nd Round they select Jordon Crawford (SG).
Clippers sign LeBron James and Shaquille O'Neal.

Lineup:
Wall - Conley
Gordon - Crawford
LeBron
Blake Griffen - Brackins
Kaman - O'Neal - Jordan

That's a good team. I know Shaq should retired, but he wanted to win the King a Ring and he'll do it. He wouldn't be the starter but could still provide 15-20 minutes a game when Kaman needs a break. John Wall, Gordon, and Griffen are all young with a ton of potential and LeBron onto that team and wow. This would be a scary team for years to come, the would need a younger C in a couple years though.

LeBrons likelyhood to sign with a team:
Cavs 35% - Bulls 25% - Knicks 20% - Nets 15% - Clippers 5%

Well winning the lottery and the lebron sweepstakes at the same is a pretty remote. (although winning the lotto might increase our chases at lebron)
Not sure why we would need shaq, considering that DJ is a pretty big body himself, and most teams don't need 3 centers.

Those are some long odds. That being said if we get John Wall that makes us the prohibitive favorites for LeBron. That's just too much talent on the team to ignore. But the chances we win the lottery are remote.

Well, the Bulls only had a 1.7% chance and won the lottery and a team with the worst record hasn't won since '04. We have a shot.

And man, I would love that lineup.

Well that's speaking very ideally. I'm just hoping we can drafter either Wesley Johnson or Aimnu.

Nice dream, although that would be a "big bang" like situation. We have a low 2nd so Crawford will more than likely be long gone. Being able to draft Wall greatly increases the odds that LeBron would even look our way. We would be more likely to have Baby Shaq than the OG Shaq. We'd be better off adding a perimeter shooter instead.

It's a very nice thought and it would make being a Clipper fan finally worth it.

This lineup would be awesome if we could get it, don't think we need Shaq though

Nope. Orlando won back to back in 92 & 93. The league adjusted the percentages to give the worse teams an even better chance at winning a top spot. Expansion teams were not allowed a top pick in their first couple seasons.
