I'd rather he sit out to rest than to injury, but it doesn't sound too serious. He's expected to return to practice tomorrow. I'm hoping that other players will take advantage of the opportunity, that is if Vinny will give playing time to some of the younger guys.

Clippers seem to be off to a nice start. 10 point lead. Not much excuse to do poorly in this game with Denver sitting their main players.

I can't help but be a little concerned with our defense throughout the preseason. Oh and a Warren sighting

Good to see Aminu contributing something other than scoring.,

The playing of our seldom used rookies would be a legitimate excuse. I'm glad that Willie D is finally getting some play. I wish the same could be said for Blakely.

From what I have seen and heard about Baron I must say I am optimistic for him this season. He seems to be working harder this year and is more confident with the team:
http://www.nba.com/seasonpreview/2010/LAC/index.htmlThere was also an article recently by Simmons going on about Baron being motivated because Griffin and how the Clipps will be fun to watch this year.

Clippers fall 108-104. Clippers were down 6 with 16.9 to go. Foye and Aminu both knocked down clutch 3's, but Denver converted their free-throws on the other end to close it out.
Cook led all players in scoring with 28 points (10-18 FG, 5-8 3P). He also had 7 rebounds and an assist.
Off the bench, Foye had 19 points (6-12 FG, 3-7 3P), 4 assists and 2 steals. Aminu finished with 15 points, 8 rebounds, an assist and 2 blocks. Baron played a solid game with 11 points, 7 assists, 3 steals and 1 turnover in 21 minutes.
The next and final game will be against Sacramento on Tuesday and will be televised on Fox Sports Prime Ticket and NBA TV. Our only win this preseason has come against the Kings.

Atleast we got to see some more of our rookies, disapointing about the loss but both teams rested big names. Nice dunk by Aminu and there was a nice pass from Baron as the comentator said something about his stellar point guard play continues, so good to see Baron in some good form.
Haha it was pretty funny, as i looked at the box score i saw someone with 28 points and i was like *awesome* then saw it was Cook............
bloody Brian Cook!

Griffin better watch out, that starting role looks under threat by our very own COOKIEMONSTER.
