This is the preseason finale. The Clippers will not play again until the 27th, when they will make the regular season home debut against the Portland Trailblazers in front of a nationally televised audience. Vinny Del Negro has hoped to be able to play a regular rotation in the preseason, but has not been able to fully realize that goal due to minor but nagging injuries. DeAndre Jordan was back on the court Monday, but is unlikely to give it a go. Blake Griffin stated that his ankle is feeling much better after tweaking it while stepping on Paul Millsap's foot against the Utah Jazz. If it were a regular season game, he would be ready to go. Vinny is contemplating on playing him a few minutes tonight or just letting him rest in this final game and using the next week to gear up for the regular season. I would prefer that he just sit, but we'll find out later tonight.

He's been reminding me a little of Kidd this preseason. He's been hitting his three's, taking less shot attempts, playing some D and has had a nice A/T ratio.

I know it's only preseason but we haven't played this well in awhile.

Bingo by EJ! 27-8 Clippers ahead with 4:40 remaining in the 1st. If they can only keep it up, it would be a nice showing for the national audience.
