Please tell me we can get our first win here.. there good but not that good

we saw how CP3 broke down the Spurs defence the other day.. well from the highlights it looked that way.. if Baron can get it going like that it should make it easier

so cmon Clippers, please give us a win!

Any team can beat anybody on a given day so I'm also hoping that we can win tomorrow. I'll be watching and rooting for us.

Great looking thread, manohman!

I'll be going to this game (section 117, holler at me!), my first of the season! Hope to see some competitive basketball here....and our first win.

Great thread mano. Taking on the Spurs won't be easy.

1.The Clips need to go uptempo and come out the gates with energy against the Spurs.
2. Put pressure on the Spurs ballhandlers and create TOs.
3. Win the battle of the boards.
4. Get to the line and make the FTs.

love the thread, it's been really frustrating with the poor shooting contributed by our team. It needs to be changed and hopefully Baron can wake up!

Great thread manohman. That's what I'm talking about. I'd love to see more like this in the future

We have to shoot better, and I'm looking at both Gordon and Kaman when I say that. We've been the worst shooting team in the league at 39.5%. On the flip side, the Spurs have allowed their opponents to shoot a league-high 51.6%. Does that really mean anything? Maybe, maybe not.

Thanks :)

Seriously, they need to pull themselves together and start making some shots. Unfortunately, my school holiday is over now, so I won't be able to catch this game on live, since the games are in the middle of the night here in my country. I'll watch it tomorrow after school, though, and hope to see a better effort and the W nr 1.

Kaman and Baron have to get out of their funk(PERIOD!) because EG, BG, RB, RG, EB & AFA will come to play.

Go Clipps!!!!

Despite the previous games Im still looking forward to this one. Seriously though, all the hate for Baron and Kaman is getting ridiculous. I mean, Gordon and Griffin haven't been great either. NBA website mentioned Griffin currently having the worst +/- in the league. Just because you are older doesn't mean you should be the only ones held accountable. The whole team has been horrible and the first one to blame for that is VDN.

We got off to a good start in the preseason against the Spurs then faded as far as I remember. Hopefully we can stay in the game this time.

Just checking the schedule we seem to have some really difficult games but then 6 very winnable games in a row.

I'm hoping that the team finds itself on offense. I think the defense has been solid, not bad but not great. We just have seemed to really struggle on offense through the first 3 games.

I like the Duncan - Griffin match up. Old school vs New school

I just read that Blakely and Dennis are on our D-League affiliate. Maybe an opportunity presents itself for them to join the team at a later point in time.

Finally a Warren sighting or will Foye just going to suck it up and lace them up?

I don't know. I kinda like the sound of that tonight. We'll see how these rookies play cause maybe they'll have more fire.

Foye is supposedly out 1-2 weeks.

I love that Warren will likely get an opportunity tonight. I don't love that we're rolling with a couple of inexperienced combo guards against Parker and Hill. The Spurs were going to be a tough match-up regardless, so having a healthy Baron and Foye may not have mattered much anyway in terms of a win or loss.

Yeah I agree. I'm expecting a lot of turnovers, but it'll be refreshing to see a temporary change after these 3 horrendous games.
