Has anyone really come up with the perfect nickname for Blake yet?

I have heard various ones like the Beast and the Gingerman, but nothing seems quite perfect yet.

One thing I was thinking is that he reminds me of one of my favorite comic book characters when I was a kid. Actually he is a villain. I think he went up against spiderman a lot. But for some reason when I think of griffin, I think of the Juggernaut! He's the guy that has a huge helmet and likes to run through walls smashing his foes.

Another one I've heard is Red Pepper. Not sure I get it though.

Wow, some of those are pretty funny/weird/bad:

Altered Beast? Now that's just plain weird, naming him after an old Sega game. Even stranger is that the game was released on the Genesis in 1989, the same year he was born. Or maybe I'm just a noob and that was the reason for this nickname?

I think The Beast is pretty fitting actually. He kind of looks like the Beast superhero. But because this name doesn't really have any relation to his actual name, I'm not sure it will stick. I think most nicknames nowadays have the players initials or name in it somehow. Which is why I like:

BG Knockout. People who didn't follow LA's rap scene in the 90's won't know what this is in reference to, but regardless, I think it's a fitting nickname.

I think Altered Beast had to do with people liking the game and to differentiate from all the other players that are considered beasts or beastly.

As far as BG Knockout goes, we could have Eazy-E (Gordon or Bledsoe) and Dre'sta too.

That's right, I didn't even think about that! They could dress up and do a remake to Eazy-E's Real MF'in G's. Kind of like how all those NBA players did that Hyperize commercial (which I thought sounded pretty good, especially since the beat was done by DJ Quik).

And damn, if that pic is not Photoshop material, I don't know what is.
