Nice to see Josh in good spirits.

Wasn't even close, CP killed him

...oh, and and older bonus one of DJ bricking FT's in practice, lol:

Just can't grasp why he starts to release the ball so high, it's just all wrist and he's short whenever he misses, but at least had a little streak at the end

Agreed. The stiffening of his whole arm to only release from the wrist doesn't make sense, especially with how inconsistent he brings the arm up at times. With all the experts and professional players around, I don't get why someone hasn't told him to incorporate more of his arm into his shot, particularly in moving the elbow from the L-shaped launch position. Maybe they're worried that his height would provide too much arc but that can easily be adjusted by the shooter.

I don't get it either. Here's our other friend:

Funny thing about Austin is that he just has one main issue, well, two, one is his little hitch, and the second is that he shoots straight up and down / slightly fades instread of swaying forward like basically all the good shooters do. Look at CP in the videos, looks so loose, but Austin looks so stiff. Austin could be a very good shooter if he didn't have that hitch, then if he added the forward sway along with removing the hitch that would help his range immensely.

He can be an above average overall, and even good mid-range shooter with his hitch, but it just requires much more work and practice for him to be an overall good shooter with that hitch, especially from range, and it still makes him more susceptible to inconsitency.

hehehe so awesome. the more distorted this stupid ass FT thing becomes the dumber the NBA looks for not changing it. what i'd love is to see a bench just max out on their fouls from the very start of the 4th quarter to completely destroy a game.
