Would you trade Gordon straight up for DWill?

It technically works since the Clipps are projected to be 12 million under the cap. It is a tough decision, but I would do it for the following reasons:

1. DWill is one of only a few players in the NBA that makes other players around him better.
2. Better off with a top 3 point guard than a top 3 shooting guard.

Cons:

1. It is hard to find a shooting guard that could shoot, drive and play defense. Seriously, how many could you name that are out there.
2. IDK if I want DWill as my second scoring option, I would rather have him as a third option.

Just the fact that he is a great passing point guard that could also shoot the ball makes him the perfect compliment to Griffin. Might as well maximize Blake's talents by having an elite point guard that will get him the ball and knock down open shots when he is double teamed.

DWill averages 13 field goal attempts per game for his career. Last season EJ averaged about 17. I think DWill could make Blake be a 28-30 ppg MVP candidate (even though Blake still might do that by himself) and DWill could make everyone's numbers go up. DJ might gt into double fighters, Gomes might wake up, Aminu might develop, etc. It is just invaluable to have a PG that makes everyone around him better.

Where is the "Heck No" button? W/ Griffin & Gordon, players will want 2 come to the Clips. Why trade Gordon? It just doesn't make sense, why trade a valuble for something/someone that may be available at a decent price.

Straight up No! I think we have abetter chance of getting him to sign with us with Gordon and Griffin together. Other players are starting to notice what is going on with our team. Why do you think MO is pushing so hard. He knows and wants to be a part of what will happen.

This idea sounds intruging, but I'm with the others. We will have a chance to sign him. If we trade Gordon it would be hard to find a replacement.

Mo "Catfish" Williams is a lousy player, but this guy is going to make a great G.M. Look at where he has had successs in his 8 years & countless teams. Mo is smart enough to know that Special Players (Blake & EJ) lead to team success, that's why he wants to stick around so bad. Even though I think Mo is a waste of Benjamins, he is smart enough to feed the star (like w/ Lebron) and Mo really wants some bling. You don't think other players in the league see the Clips attitude & want to come & play for the Clips?
The Catfish reference is to Mo's uncanny ability to always seem to hook up w/ a Bonafide NBA Star & has no problems w/ being the 2nd or 3rd fiddle.

He really is a great compliment to Blake and EJ. But I would still rather have Deron Williams, if possible. Deron is a much better passer and clutch shooter. Deron could make a 23 ppg scorer like Blake into a 28-30 ppg scorer. He could make DJ into a 10-12 ppg scorer and he would just need guyls like Morrow and Gomes to knock down open shots.

Confused by options 2 and 3? Are they redundant? (meaning get rid of choice 2 which seems worded wrong)

I would strongly consider it if DW agreed to a new deal with us, otherwise no.

What the heck happened in Utah anyway with him and Sloan? That would be a concern of mine, since I have no idea what went on...

I really wouldn't want to give up EJ, but I'd strongly consider a straight up deal for Deron. He'd have to extend first though. After the deal was complete, I'd be working on trying to make a deal for Howard. Kaman, DJ, Minny Pick + filler/sweetener would have to be entertained by Orlando. There wouldn't be a much better deal out there and I doubt that Dwight wouldn't want to play with both Blake and Deron.
