The Dynamic Duo of Stern & Silver are spinning the new offer w/ the fluidity of a symphony. Man, those 2 Cats are good at diverting that they are both greedy little twerps that will prosper w/ the new agreement.
Both Stern & Silver are using the media to paint the NBA Superstars as greedy, while both make over a combined 20 Million Dollars per Season. The poor players & Agents have been screwed by the 2 Most powerful guys in the League & they are showing their power. Poor Fisher & Billy Hunter, they will catch crap for this stance& contract for many years & this may become the Owners new way to negotiate.
At least all the fans in the NBDL Cities will see a lot more upcoming NBA players on their courts b/c you know management will get them to play in the lower league for 1/3 of the cost of having sit on the bench in the NBA......

Stern is pissed that the NBA Union didn't take the offer to the Rank/File players, of course he is. Stern knows that the Rank/File players will pass this in a heartbeat b/c they want 2 go to work & make some money; what he didn't realize was that each teams REP was a heavy hitter and knew that accepting the offer was bad for the stars.
Stern rolled the dice and didn't win, now he is using the media to tell the players that they made a bad mistake. This crap is getting out of hand. Just tell me by the end of the week if I will be sitting @Staples this year, no more freaking games from both sides......I'm tired of it.

It's going to be interesting to watch things unfold with the recent player action.

Stern recently said that it was a shame that the players would rather "litigate than negotiate." It was Stern that said that there was nothing left to negotiate. The fact that he threatened to hit the "reset button" on the owner's proposal shows what the courts could consider as an act that doesn't exemplify good faith. I don't know how this plays out, but it just seems that Stern may have put his foot in his mouth.
