If I'm giving you guys a bad name here. I got sick of seeing the other fans around here treat the Clippers fans on here like second class citizens. So after months of being a lurker I signed up to spit some fire. I'm a 13 year diehard and a passionate fan that's just sick of people trying to go in on our team. If you guys want me to let it go I will... but I don't mind getting banned for the right cause.

There's no such thing as "getting banned for the right cause".

Just state your opinion, but don't get personal and you should be fine.

This is a forum for people that like Basketball and as there are lots of them on here, it's pretty normal that there are different opionions on different topics.

Being a Clippers fan you should know that lots of guys will always just tell the myth that we won't pay anyone, tell some Sterling jokes(to downplay us) etc. just to have "facts" for their opinions.
It's best not to agree that you don't agree with them(if they won't admit any of the facts you post) and keep on going, while still arguing with others(which are the majority), that don't just tell some Clippers jokes to downplay us.

All things considered, just don't get personal and don't take things too seriously and you should have some fun around around here.

Yea I've avoided personal attacks and stuck to similar team insults. Thing is... it's much easier as a Clippers fan to get banned here it seems.

The Rim Reaper, new posters are always welcome, so welcome. You are entitled to post your opinions. That being said all you have to do is be civil with your responses. Recently I haven't heard much negative talk about the Clippers. I'm very optimistic with the current state of the team. So as long as you don't attack anyone back you won't be banned. I basically just ignore anything negative that is said about the Clippers.

You'll see they are riddled with comments like "Nobody will want to play for Sterling, "It's the Clippers they will find a way to screw up", "Clippers will always be the Clippers" etc type crap. This is why I'm even locked into debates on the main board to begin with. I admit though... I added fuel to the fire because after they started trolling the thread I changed title to "CP3 will be a Clipper. Book it."

Those are just other peoples opinions. I wouldn't let it get to you. We are in a good position to even try and get those players. How many teams can actually say that

Just ignore them bro. If I punched my computer everytime some fool used 'lol clippers' or 'lol sterling' as the crux of their debate, I would have punched many a computer.

Yeah, ignorant fans will say this, but what does it say when big name free agents are expressing interest in this organization. It says that the elite superstars can see the obvious core talent and potential. You also have to understand that some fans are just ignorant, and operate on generalizations/stereotypes simply because they're not smart enough to do otherwise.
