Chris Paul on the Tonight Show 12/22/11

Post#1 » by mkwest » Fri Dec 23, 2011 2:29 am

Tonight, Chris Paul will be a guest on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno @ 11:35pm on NBC.

I haven't really watched Jay after the whole Conan thing, but I'll have to tune in tonight. Talk Show hosts like Jay have gotten their jabs in over the years. Now, there's not much that they're going to be able to say and it's thanks in large part to Paul.

I love that he told the "Laker Fan(Jonah Hill)" that he would take a turnover to fire the ball at him during the next Laker/Clipper game. CP3 is funnier than i thought.
I think he really wants to be a Clipper.

It was a great interview imo. He was smooth and funny. I love how he called Leno on some of his past jokes. Leno knows how to beat a dead horse. I'll never forget what Johnnie Morton of the Lions said to Leno a few years back.

I also liked Paul's banter with Jonah Hill. I'm glad that Jonah acknowledged that this is a bandwagon city. It's a winners' town and if you win, people will come jumping on a bandwagon. I give him respect for making that known and sticking with his team.
