Many of you have already made some good points. This is not a team to over look. While the season is young we have to play the best we can. The Clippers are coming off a disappointing loss to the Warriors, while the Cavs are coming off a loss to the Bucks at the buzzer. The players that we should pay most attention to are Kyrie Irving and Anderson Varejao. I think Irving will be a special player in this league and will really gain peoples' attention this year. As for Varejao he's been rebounding like an animal. We need to rebound better and not let the Cavs beat us on the boards like the Warriors did. Defense will be key along with keeping turnovers low. We have a talented team and as long as the Clippers are focused we should be fine. I'm just looking for a better effort tonight.

Definition of a trap game. Kinda like the GSW game. Can't take this team lightly, not when they have Kyrie.

I am actually a little bit glad we lost a tough one to GS now. this will make sure we pay attention to lesser foes like the cavs, have a win to go 3-1 and feel good going into spurs game for the early WC showdown.

clippers by 16 or more.

Maybe, maybe not, but the players won't think this. One player I would love on the Clippers is Anderson Varejao, but he's had so many health issues in recent years that I would be scared to give up anything for him.

Kyrie is putting up 24/4/5 in 32.7 MPG over 3 games so far on 50.9% FG and 33.3% 3PT. Last season he put up 21.8/4.4/6.4 per 36 minutes with .566 TS%. I think over the season he should be able to put up 23/4/6 if he gets to play 36+ MPG, still turns it over a lot though.

We shouldn't take any game lightly, don't want our team (even though we can be) to underachieve and lose games we shouldn't (the GSW game).

I'd expect to see a more focused us and I hope that we come out and get a big win.

One last note, I want to see Blake dominante, he has good numbers against Cavs but depending on matchups they might put Varjeao on him if he starts to get it going?

Either way, I've been waiting for Blake to get it going despite only being game 4 I want to see him get in one of his grooves where he's the most exciting player.

I'm waiting to see how we respond from Saturday's game. We were destroyed on the boards and that just can't happen. Through the first 3 games, we've been in the bottom 3 for rebounding.

As long as it's not a crier.

Clippers might win a championship before they win a rebounding battle

like mayn of you have said, the rebounding has to turn around. having blake and DJ there is no reason we shouldnt be winning the battle of the boards. wont be easy with varajao, but gotta start somewhere. disappointing L vs the dubbs saturday night, cant fall into that trap again.

it sucks because teams can go small and they dont have to worry about grabbing boards.. SMH

Great matchups all around just like that GSW game.

Hopefully Blake, DeAndre & Ryan don't allow their bigs to grab more boards and as a team we have to stop getting so many tech fouls.

GO LAC!

I know it's early but I don't like how the Cavs have gotten back into the game. We need to slow them down.
