Love cp3 as a PG But!!!!!!
He has to find a way to get our leading scorer and best offensive player more shots in Crawford he went the last 5 min in the 2nd qtr without shooting the ball and the last few mins of the 3rd qtr. When he's in he needs to be one of our 1st options he is the only one who can get off a legit shot and finish it's pretty frustraiting as easy as he can score and seeing him just stand instead of run plays for him while other players throw up some crappy shot or turnover.

Re: Love cp3 as a PG But!!!!!!
i also did have a quick reaction of "OMG the sky is falling!" last night after the nets game regarding CP3, but without him we would still be that 30+ win team with griffin threatening the NBA scoring champ status.
CP3 brought us this far, let's play out the rest of 71 games this season.
as for vinny, i hated on him since the day1, but when i finally was getting warmed up to him, he somehow manages to enrage me with his rotation and match ups, as well as complete lack of Xs and Os. i so feel jerry sloan could make all the world of difference as this team is built a lot like the 90s Jazz. will the players want to play for jerry? that's a whole different story. grabbing phil under fakers FO would be sweet, but i don't like having laker personnel recycled here either.
in the end, DTS likes Vinny, and Vinny comes cheap. i think we are gonna live and die with CP3 and Vinny this season and probably into the future.

Re: Love cp3 as a PG But!!!!!!
I agree.
As the biggest Paul fan on this site, he needs to stop this passive **** until the 4th and then disappearing. I know he can put it in 5th gear and score,so he needs to do it and enough with this kicking it out BS.
And I don't give a crap if this team is 8-4, they will never win a Finals with VDN and will only go as far as CP3 takes them. He sucks. His roation sucks. His gameplan sucks, His adjustments sucks. Everything about him sucks. Enough of this passing it to Griffin 30ft out iso garbage. He's not **** Tim Duncan.
Sloan, please. That PnR system with Paul+Griffin would be lethal.

I agree about Sloan. I think the Clippers front office needs to start thinking long and hard about replacing Del Negro with Sloan.

I would love a better head coach, but to be honest I think our record now (11-6) is a pretty good representation of our roster talent.
That's not to say there aren't areas for improvement. But we also have done some things well.

Couldn't of said it any better.
CP3 pisses me off (although I love everything else about his game) how he's so casual until the 4th. I remember the post game interview yesterday he said something along the lines of 'We come out to passive' or slow or something. That starts with YOU CP.
And I've been questioning it all year, go back to the PnR system with Paul+Griffin, Griffin has improved his J a lot but I still don't want that to be his go to move. He needs to drive like he used to off the pick n roll. Where a lot more iso's and post up iso's this year it seems.

Re: Love cp3 as a PG But!!!!!!
I honestly think CP3 does a good job of pacing himself, though I'm not saying he couldn't be more assertive early.
He is amazing at staying in control at all times, doesn't find himself in the air not knowing what he's going to do, or getting swarmed in the paint and unable to pass or shoot, etc. On this squad, he really needs to be that guy.
