The defense is still boggling my mind as to how good it is. Only giving up 99.7 points / 100 posessions. I didn't expect such a huge increase, and Blake has been so good on defense, mostly in non statistical ways, but he's even averaging 1.6 steals a game.

The defense this year has been so improved and Blake has been more active than I can remember on "D" I love when 2 Clips trap the opposing ball handler, that is when a lot of good defensive plays happen. The new "D" coach has done a great job in putting in his schemes and players have responded!

The defense is what I am most excited about this season. Perceptions about this team are one thing, but the actual product on the floor is something else. There are some analysts/writers that are just starting to bring up our defensive play. We've added some quality defensive players to the roster, a defensive minded coach in Bob Ociepka and improvement by the likes of Blake and co. and it all shows.

I also saw this. We've been playing great and have a huge win streak going. There are still a lot of games to play this season, I just want us to continue to play well the rest of the year.

well deserved...I'm a knicks fan and i'm glad my team is doing well but the Clippers are playing lights out.

Even the next 5 games you guys are playing teams that are .500 so this streak can get to 19.

Knick fan here too, to continue the above poster's trend. Much respect to you guys for sticking with the Clippers through all the tough years (trust me, I know what that's like). I have to say, this team looks very legit at both ends of the floor and is incredibly exciting to watch. Let the good times roll!
