This is one of my favorite clips ever. Who would have thought that approximately 2 years from that moment that Rudy Gay would be a member of the Toronto Raptors. A lot of their fans probably changed their tune and are happy to have that guy. I'm sure that there are plenty that might have had the same response as the guy in the video once they heard about the trade. Jose Calderon, Rudy Gay, Hamed Haddadi and Ed Davis all switch teams for the first time of their careers. Calderon will be headed to Detroit while Davis makes Memphis his new home. Rudy Gay and Hamed Haaddadi (likely to be waived) move from the River City to the Queen City and from BBQ to Poutine. I'm not the biggest fan of Rudy's game, but I'm interested in seeing him with the Raptors. Unfortunately, it probably won't be tonight as all players must pass their physicals before players can join their new teams in practice or on the court.

That video's hilarious. Another team we'll probably underestimate, we can't afford to though. I'm glad Gay isn't playing, they'll go crazy in his home debut.

Gotta get this W, Gotta defend the 3 ball vs Lowry/Anderson/Ross

that clip is funny. What are the chances that physicals will be tested & passed? We the Clips see Haddai & Gay tonight?

Another, must win!!

Really pumped up for this game because I have courtside seats. Hopefully we don't underestimate them. As long as that doesn't happen, we shouldn't have too much diffuculty, especially with no Gay.

Just disappointed the one Clips game I get to see all year (and splurge for courtside seats), CP3's not playing...

With Rudy Gay in town earlier than expected for physical there is a chance he may make his #Raptors debut tonight vs. Clippers ... #NBA

@WolstatSun: Have heard rumblings Valanciunas could return tonight; I wouldn't bet on Bargnani; Gay depends on everybody passing physicals in time

Gay is in town earlier than expected, could play tonight.

hate these "trap" type games. should blow them out but who knows...gotta just play hard, not down to the competition

Contrary to a previous report, "everything is on track" for Rudy Gay to make his Raptors debut on Friday.

Gay debuting! that's huge, kinda. We better still pull this off, I wouldn't be surprised to see the whole Toronto team hyped up for the debut of Gay and they'll seem to play better than what they are.

Kinda worried about this one now, cmon clips, it'll be a test.

Hmmmm....

Rudy's debut, possibly Bargnani and Valanciunas returning, and us without a few of our best guys. Toronto has been subject to some unfortunate blown calls lately and have made complaints publicly to the league. Hopefully, they don't try to overcompensate for them tonight.

I agree with Mike that they'll be hyped up. Both the team and the fans will have a renewed interest. Our guys will just have to be ready for the challenge and step up. If we take them lightly, they'll take us.

Hope Caron/Grant can keep up with Rudy even though I'm sure he'll still have a monster game in his Raptor debut. DJ & Blake need to go for 42 & 25 again. :)

Sucks to hear what happened to the homie Matty Ice. :sigh:

Rudy Gay will be coming off the bench. The Raptor fans hate their coach as much as Clipper fans.
