4th meeting between the two teams of which started in October in Beijing, China. Personally, I'm hoping that we have a few more games against each other in June
Miami has won 9 of their last 12, while the Clippers have only won 5 of their last 12. The Clips are in the midst of an 8 game road trip and have 2 more to go after this one. We've been told that it's likely that Chris Paul and Chauncey Billups would return at some point during the Grammy Trip, and while we were waiting for them, we also lost Blake Griffin and Jamal Crawford.
This match-up is a lot more exciting if we're at full strength. If we're missing a couple of guys, then it probably won't be pretty. It's not going to be easy one way or the other. Depending on how Billups feels in the morning will determine if he plays or not. I'm optimistic that Paul and Blake will give it a go. Paul is extremely competitive and LeBron and Wade are some of his closest friends in the league.
The Clippers are 8-4 against the HEAT since the 2006-07 season, but we are 2-4 in Miami during that time. We've lost the last 3 against them in South Beach.

PRACTICE REPORT: CLIPPERS WORKING WAY TO FULL STRENGTHBillups concurred with that line of thinking. Asked if planned to play for the first time in 34 games, Billups said, “The plan right now is to get a good gauge and see how it feels tomorrow. I wanted to get a really hard good day of work in. I did that. I feel pretty good and hopefully, I’ll wake up tomorrow and I’ll feel great. Then it’s a go.”“There’s a chance I’ll play tomorrow,” Griffin said. “[It’s] really just how I feel [running] up and down. In the halfcourt all my movements side-to-side, pivot, everything I needed was responding. Tomorrow will just be kind of making sure it’s not any more sore than it is today and we’ll go from there.”
