The Clippers select Reggie Bullock with the 25th pick

Reggie Bullock's roleplayer potential is absolutely clear on paper. He gets to the rim for a bottom-3 1.9 shots per-game, but his 1.29 points per-shot on catch and shoot jumpers ranks first in this group and drives him to the head of the pack in overall scoring efficiency with his 1.11 PPP overall. On top of his jump shot, Bullock scores a top-5 ranked 1.37 points per-possession in transition and a sample leading 1.36 points per-shot as a finisher in the half court. He operates one-on-one less than any player in this group at just 0.4 times per-game and made just 21% of his pull-up jumpers, but his ability to spread the floor, make open shots, and be opportunistic finding easy baskets jumps off the page immediately.

Love the pick hopefully he can start at SG and kill the AA deal and we can move Bledsoe for a athletic SF.

I love this pick. I would've loved getting Franklin as well, but I think Bullock can contribute more right away with his shooting. Whoever gets Franklin though will be getting a steal this late in the draft though IMO.

Im thinking more of a SF for bullock. he has the size and is a good rebounder for his position.
hopefully we keep one of the caron/barnes to start over reggie. but pretty sure this move indicated that we are either moving caron or not resigning barnes.

Orlando is being stingy I dont like dealing with them because all we are going to.get is AA and with Crawford we don't need a high priced SG a cheap guy who has everything we wanted at size d and three is perfect and can still develop.
We need an athlete though I hope we go bigger and he can play and start at SG then get a athlete SF.

in case paul pierce isn't traded to cavs but released from celts instead, we should keep that MLE available just in case. hope barnes is willing to wait it out until that is settled. if we miss out on PP, then we'll have plenty of room to sign barnes.

you know, I am perfectly fine with keeping bledsoe and even start him at SG. i don't think there is one aspect of afflalo's game that is clearly better than bled. eric overcomes his lack of size with explosiveness.

Bullock fills a need. We need 3 & D type players. He's already there on the perimeter shooting and the defensive potential is there. He's a player that knows his role. A while back, I viewed him as a San Antonio type pick (i.e. a Danny Green type). He likes that comparison himself. He has decent size and solid athleticism.
It's not a sexy pick that is filled with limitless uspide, but he's an NBA player now that should be able to contribute very early on.

i don't see Bullock having the foot dexterity to guard the 2.
