Assuming we're gonna leave one spot open for Davies/10 day contracts, as most teams will do, we have just ONE roster spot left, and we need to use it on a guy who can play good defense paired with Blake. We already spent our 'stretch big' bullet on Mullens. Odom showed he could do it last year, other than him there's not a lot of PF left that fit that description, so whoever we sign I really hope is not a Jamison/Harrington kind of player.

I've been really happy with how our front office has handled everything in the last 3/4 years, but this years big man rotation looks like it's gonna be very poorly constructed. I hope they prove me wrong.

Harrington > Jamison. Younger, more athletic and puts in effort defensively. Rather have him than Odom as well, not sure where LO is mentally.

Why would the Clips rather have Jamison than Harrington :(

I can somewhat understand Odom over Harrington if Odom is in shape because he would be a better rebounder and defender. However, Harrington is basically better than Jamison at everything. They should at least see if Harrington is interested

The Clippers should definitely make a pitch to Harrington. In all honesty I think I would take nearly anyone over Jamison though, we have plenty of guys who can make baskets what we need now is a defender and a rebounder. If Odom has his head on half way straight I think he fits that.

If it's between Harrington and Jamison, it needs to be Harrington.

Odom has a lot of drama going on right now. Who knows where he is at mentally or physically. There's a reason that he has yet to sign with a team.

Harringto if all else fail but the main focus should be as always getting a big time defender and rebounder

I agree a defender and rebounder should be the priority, but if the Clippers front office feels that way why are they having meetings with a guy like Jamison?

I'm in agreement that Harrington > Jamison. The Clippers lack some frontcourt toughness off the bench, and while Harrington is a better defender than Jamison, Ivan Johnson is there for the taking.

Yes, I'd rather have Johnson than Jamison. Johnson is one tough dude. He is not totally unskilled either.
