hey i figured that we should have a thread of all the great memories of Bill Walton's clippers broadcasting follies.. as well as Ralph Lawler's. if any of you feel like Mike Smith deserves a quote, go ahead.

I'll go first with what i posted elsewhere first.

"if Eric Piatkowski keeps shooting like this, the NBA is gonna have to change the logo from Jerry West to Piatkowski"

and

"that was a FOUL!" ralph says "on who?" BIll says "that was a foul against the game of basketball"

man this thread didn't do so well, and i thought it could have been something everybody could contribute and even be stickied.

a question to the fellow members... does anybody know what the actual percentage of successful result of Lawler's law is? i would bet it is probably over 90% but i don't have any statistical fact to support it.

Lawler's law from 2010-2013 was 93.5% accurate according to http://vorped.com/blog/2013/06/16/lawle ... -improved/ but not sure how true it is.

And my favorite was Walton :"Stick a fork in it!" when the Clippers couldn't handle a rebound.
