Honestly I don't think we should be at the top right now. Maybe top 5, but not 1 yet. But his rankings probably took into account we beat OKC in their arena.
If the Clippers win the championship next year I'm getting banned from RealGM

What's funny is neither have I. He tinkered with his "formula" quite a bit, and I've always had a theory that many of the changes he made were at least in part to help keep the Clippers lower in the rankings. I know that sounds like the thoughts of a butt-hurt Clippers fan, but the truth is that he didn't just rely on numbers; he also wrote columns and his take on the Clippers was always very negative and not in-line with what other journalists were saying.
That's why I thought it was funny that the Clippers finally get the top seed after he left ESPN.
