Like most games, I'm really hoping tonight will the night where we don't let a team score more than 30 in a single qtr.

Sorry for the stupid question but how do CP and Gay know each other? They're hugging and chatting like best friends.

Go Hedo!
We should start Hedo, Barnes to add energy and defense to our bench and waive Jamal lol.

Turkoglu Comes Up Huge Against Former Team

Image

“Whenever I get here, I always get good support from the fans,” Turkoglu said. “It just (makes you) appreciate more what you did in the past, and they still remember it. You just want to show that love. It’s important. As athletes, you want to be remembered that way, how you performed and how you acted around the city you were before.”

“When the ball goes up, we wear red and they wear white, and I’m going to do my best for my team,” Turkoglu said. “I’m with the Clippers now and I have to try to do my best for the Clippers to help the team win some games.”

But J.J. Redick could tell it meant a little something extra for Turkoglu, who began his career with the Kings, to play that way in Sacramento. He said it was great to see his long-time teammate be able to do that in an arena he called home his first three seasons in the league.

“For sure, that was cool,” Redick said. “When we played in Orlando together, every time we would come back here we’d grab sushi with his friends that still live here. He’s still got some roots here and some people here, so I’m sure it was a great feeling for him to do it here.”

Chris Paul’s amazed at the ability Turkoglu has to sit for long stretches of the season and still have the ability to come out on fire offensively, as he did Wednesday.

“That’s tough,” Paul said. “I couldn’t imagine doing that, what Turk’s doing. Most of the time, he doesn’t know when he’s going to play, but he’s always ready. He went from not playing to starting. He’s just the consummate vet.”
