Interview (Audio)With three games remaining in the season and Los Angeles winners of 11 of their last 12 games, Clippers center DeAndre Jordan feels like they’re in a good place. Jordan says the Clippers are healthy and ready for the playoffs.
“As a team, we didn’t want to peak to early,” Jordan told The Jim Rome Show. “We knew how important it was for us to be playing well at this point in time of the season.”“Doc always tells us about the days in Boston, how many things they had to overcome and all of the doubt and it was a roller coaster ride and that’s what happens with champions,” Jordan said. “In order for us to be that team that we want to be, we are going to have to overcome a lot of things and we have to be mentally tough to beat teams on the road and to be down 15 in the fourth quarter and come back and win games like we’ve done this season. So every game I see us getting better at something, it’s going to help us out these last 3 games.”
