I feel like we should have a bigger lead than we do. There's still more game to play.

well, the hornets bench is pretty good. the clippers bench... not so good.

i feel like cole's trying to do too much or something. he's just not been good on either end.

one underrated thing i really like about him is when teams dig down to defend his roll, he always manages to find the wide open guy at the 3.

Prigioni and Aldrich pick and roll is a thing of beauty. Unbelievable we've had to wait this long just for Doc to realize what a weapon it is.

Geez...Hornets now within 3 points. This team needs to play better basketball consistently. Losing big leads and playing down to the level of competition are really bad habits the Clippers have gotten too comfortable with.

dj was alright/good on defense in the first. now he's just ass.

The instant Hornets cut the Clipper lead to one, the switch was flipped. Always happens. Can be very annoying.

IF The Truth can't keep this form when he goes back to coming off the bench, would anyone consider giving him another chance as starting SF? If we could get him to provide any kind of production it would be nice.

I don't think he's a feasible starter at small forward anymore. He seems to only excel at small-ball power forward now. His defense on the wing would give back any benefits on offense he provides and then some.

I think Pierce is becoming a native power forward now. Not a pure power forward, but due to his age and declined speed, he's settled at that spot. When Griffin comes back, he'll take the 4 spot again by default and Moute will stay as the 3. Pierce has struggled as a bench power forward; he works better as a starter, but in Griffin's spot. For Pierce to enter the starting lineup, either Griffin has to become a small forward, or he'll have to agree to coming off the bench. Worse: he might have to be traded.

But the Clippers have a True Big 3 now with Paul-Griffin-Jordan, so I can't really project the team's intentions going forward.

I actually think it wasn't a foul. Hand is part of the ball on a shot release and the defender only touched Jamal's fingers at that.
