This game has been a clustered mess. The refs had some questionable non-calls going against us whether it's neglecting the push on CP3's drive to the hoop late in the 2nd quarter or not recognizing Doc's request for a time-out in the play after that. However, the Clippers aren't doing themselves any favors missing all the gimmes in the paint. Chris Paul is 1-8 from the floor while J.J. Redick is 1-4. Conversely, Jamal Crawford is 6-10 with Austin Rivers 2-5. Crawford actually leads the team in scoring with 13 points but the team is shooting just 39.1% from the floor, 25% from beyond the arc, and 50% at the line.

Millsap is a good player, he's getting his, but I like that Luc has made him work. Would be nice for the team to add a guy like PJ Tucker or Henderson as the second go to wing defender.

Millsap missed 2 easy shots at the end of the game to give the Hawks the lead and win, respectively. Then Pierce chokes away a pass that gave the Hawks another chance for the win. Clippers end up with the win instead.

The Atlanta Hawks were a third seed today. This is the first time Clippers have been able to defeat an elite team (top 3 teams per conference). Clippers are now 1-8.

However, this record can change. If the Hawks drop out of 3rd, Clips will be 0-8 again. Chicago Bulls are at 4th place right now, and have one of their wins that included a Griffin ejection.

Clips are also 2-0 since the scandal broke. If they can win one more game by defeating the Lakers this Friday to make it 3-0, then I can safely say the Clippers are back.
