EDIT: Alex's jersey number with the USC Trojans was 32. That's Griffin's number.

Lol at the dunk reaction. I wish that was allowed in the NBA

A young bruiser type that can really help us out on the boards. Nice pickup for the time being.

I remember Alex from high school. Even worked out with him a couple times. I'm positive he doesn't remember me.
One of my great pleasures was watching his Harvard Westlake team take an L AT HOME in the playoffs to a sophomore James Harden's Artesia squad.
Quality young man IIRC and nothing has popped up since. Hard worker.
Seems like he always struggled with being a tweener.
Oh well…i'm personally pulling for the kid.
Cliffs:
- ignore everything I just wrote.

Fellow former Pioneer here. I attended Artesia from 1999-2002. Not only did I arrive before Harden did, I arrived in Jason Kapono's final year. It's always fascinating to know that two NBA pros attended my high school, though my interests reach far beyond basketball.
Now if only I could get them on Wammy Radio...
