jj playing some pretty sick defense and in a preseason game, to boot.

never seen anyone who disintegrates on a screen the way jamal crawford does. he got completely caught, turned around and fell onto the floor.

we'll see if a starter comes out to start the second with the backups

I'd like to see more of the younger guys in the game rather than the regular bench players.

normally i'd agree but we don't have a whole lot of them to begin with, and practically speaking doc needs to figure out what his rotations are gonna be with his more realistic players.

on that note i hope he sees how awful a speights/pierce/crawford lineup is gonna be for us, defensively. but that's unlikely.

makes me sad that austin rivers has come into this season seemingly a worse shooter.

his mechanics are AWFUL

i really want bass to be able to help us and i think he can do some good things. the team just has to make sure he never tries to be a dribbler or facilitator.

We had our chances to try to win this one. However we came up just short, it's just preseason though.

It is just preseason, but I think it was a mistake to resign Austin. Crawford and Austin are redundant on offense

watched first half and the defense has a way to go. the sf issue is still there and who is going to back up cp3. I know it is preseason but this team looks behind schedule to compete.

I think Felton should be the back up point guard because he is more of a natural point guard than Austin Rivers.

I think Rivers should play at most 10-15 minutes a game. They shouldn't have re-signed him.

In terms of small forward, perhaps Doc should see if Wright has anything to offer.

Luc is the best defender but he provides no offense.

Pierce looked decent last night and even moved his feet on defense. However, he was mostly playing at the 4.

i think you're gonna see most backup units being felton/austin/crawford at the 1/2/3 respectively. doc doesn't believe you need to have the normal attributes of a starting SF as a backup SF. kind of unfortunate but i don't think wes will get a lot of PT this year.

anyone else pissed that we still can't rebound?
