^well first of all, players in their retirement tour gets to play. I haven't seen Paul Pierce on the floor.

secondly, this should not be a trap game. we all know what the suns are capable of and how they are full of young athletic players who pushed the Warriors for a win. this is a home game, we played one less game then them, we have got to win this with a sense of urgency.

Just telling you all now I had a long day working and taking my kids out trick or treating. I have a feeling that I'll doze off at some point.

the starter defense looks EXCELLENT

i mean it's one thing to have 1-2 of them really engaged at the same time, depending on where dj's head is at. but having cp3/dj/blake/luc all super active on a back to back? not sure i've ever seen that.

Blake needs to keep looking for that shot and take 2 or 3 triples a game minimum. I though he'd start going to the corners at first but he's shooting them confidently from the top of the arc and they're going in. If he gets a reliable shot from there it's a game changer.

Austin back to his usual self holding his face two plays after in a phantom foul call that never called.

My young office manager (she is only 25) went to the Clippers season opener at the RoseGarden in Portland against the blazers, spent the whole night cheering for DJ and the clips in the front row ( a couple of rows behind the bench) professing her love for DJ just to find out at the end of the game DJ's brother Corey was sitting right behind her! lmao.

funny thing about that is virtually no teams adjusted to blake's newfound 18 foot range. he was literally getting wide open shots every single game because teams didn't think he could shoot it. if he really starts dropping the 3 ball then there'll be an even bigger amount of space he can generate for himself, which can open up ALL kinds of things.

there is some potential between Jamal and Mo as the veteran pick and roll combo.
