Here's to a healthy game guys, this isn't OKC's year, but I'm hoping you can knock off the Dubs. I've had a feeling this may be your year, I'll be cheering against you tonight but good luck after that.

I think if the Thunder finish in the top four in the West, you gotta give Russell the MVP.

Kanter and Robertson abusing DJ on the boards. I thought they'd miss Ibaka and Durant on defense, but they're still as long as athletic as ever, and get to every rotation and every close out. They have a really good team still.
I like Bass playing with the starting unit, like subbing him early and then putting Blake back in with the bench. Hopefully it works today and Doc considers it a possibility from now on.

Our starters weren't rebounding the ball very well. We didn't box out and we were pushed around. Thanks to our bench for some offense.

Despite that last turnover, Felton has been great tonight.

like seriously how did we get felton and speights for the minimum

Speights just shoots every ball he touches, that's literally everything he adds on the court. Looks great when they go in, but I don't have faith he'd have been a positive at the end of the season. Felton on the other hand, is great in many ways, and Bass has been too today.
I'm worried about the spacing with the starters, it does not look good so far this season.

if speights does that then by default he's more efficient than crawford and he reduces crawford's inefficiency by taking his shots, so that's a bonus. i do see him making some little impact plays with rebounding and defense though, even if his reputation for defense is a poor one.
i also agree that the starter spacing has been bad and this is the 3rd game in a row now. a little surprised but i also don't see all the old, cool misdirection plays we've been used to seeing.

I've noticed a few of the usual JJ curls get broken before he gets the ball because either Luc or Blake's guy don't respect them enough to let Redick away. Either Blake starts shooting more 3s at a respectable percentage, or I'm not sure Luc at SF is sustainable long term.

last year he was great at punishing teams by just going straight to the hoop. i think i've only seen that once so far, and that was this game.
