shooting could be a lot better but i don't see rotations or closeouts as good as they need to be on the defensive end.

Defensive Consistency Still a Work in Progress

Even with not a sharp a defensive effort, it says something that our defense has elevated enough to keep us in this game when our offense has been sputtering. Still, we need to solve this OKC team just like we'd have to do with Golden State.

I'm a little concerned that other teams will study whatever the Thunder and Warriors are doing against us and try to implement that against us. Obviously, not every team has the personnel of either of those teams but OKC, in particular, worries me because it's basically Russell Westbrook and the Pips. Not to take away from that roster, but that team will live and die with Westbrook.
* Westbrook is only 2-9 from the field so far, so that just adds to my concerns.

Okay, now it's like 0-0 again, so time to maybe get it going on offense in the second half

I thought the game started at 5:30

I thought I had only missed the first few minutes and was surprised to see the score 28-34 and a quarter and a half gone. With that being said, I'm pleased with a tie score at the half.

my hope is that the defense is able to tighten up after half-time. all it would take is westbrook going nuts for us to have the game go out of reach.
