Hey Clips fans, after watching the game for 5 minutes I'm wondering if Houston/LAC the angriest most bitter rivalry in the West? Patrick Beverley has an elbow in the face coming his way.

I'm calling it now. This is Doc River's last year with the Clippers.

DJ makes Ryan Anderson an all-star level player just like he did to Javale Mcgee...

We're just not as good as the top teams in the West. It'll take a perfect series for us to take down GSW or Houston. Spurs are tough but I think we match up well w them.
Playoffs are gonna be hard.

I was appalled by the lack of effort- guys getting blown by standing straight up in the air with no defensive stance, getting beat to rebounds, and rotating late. Sometimes it seems like these guys don't have any pride

Also, what made Doc think it was a winning strategy to play at Houston's pace? The clippers major advantage is inside yet they took a lot of quick, ill advised shots. Shameful performance all around

I was optimistic during the first quarter but it was all down hill from there. There's no reason why we should try to out score the Rockets. Maybe we should have tried to slow down the pace. (Couldn't hurt to try.)

Cry Rivers planned to put Luc on Harden. And that's all.
After 6 seconds on the clock and two moves, DJ is on Harden and Luc on Capela or Anderson.
You just need that to outcoach Cry Rivers.

Last night was probably the lowest point for me with the CP3 era/ Doc era Clippers.
Getting swept by 73-9 rivals repeatedly sucks but they're fantastic. It is what it is.
Being down by 30 to the Rockets was hard to watch.

The sad thing is that it seems like we, as fans, take more pride in the team than the players do. Last night was a shameful performance effort and heart wise

Absolutely horrific showing last night. Low key I don't even know if we should throw $200 million apiece for CP3 and Blake to resign. I know nobody wants a rebuild but what about a soft rebuild? Maybe letting one star go.. These guys might hate this team Doc included but they won't turn down $200 million that's for sure.

The defense was just horrible last night. It's pretty evident that we're switching way too much. We create poor mismatches for ourselves for no reason. A lot of these switches don't even come off of screens. DJ and the transition wing defense (much of which was just running to a corner 3 shooter) were also continuously positionally lost all night.
