I think the difference with Cousins is also that he is tough to coach, besides being a headache in the locker room. But people change, and there is proof problem children finding the right situation and flourishing.
A cheap, one-year deal with Cousins could be something we can look at. If we can't be productive and/or causing problems, you can trade him or simply waive him. It is a risk/reward situation.
