Going to be interesting to see how they can guard Embliid. Guy has such huge skills for a guy that size.

Clips had trouble with AD but everyone does. Will they find a way to contain Embiid?

Embiid gets his numbers but doesn't really dominate, IMO. Clips are my #1 but Sixers are my other team, my hometown team.

I like the matchups, especially at forward. We got this.

Statistically wise clippers are better than Philly in most of the crucial aspects except assists, I think we need one good game like that vs Wizards.

ugh
the D

72 points in the half

Embiid got his numbers but the problem is more rim protection
both Gortat [9 minutes] and Trezz [13 minutes] with 4 fouls

Boban is a comeback-starting machine. It's incredible.

I've defended the Beverley-Avery backcourt but they should not be taking shots in hero-ball fashion. Even on the fastbreak where Avery stole the ball, he should have given the ball up sooner to Beverley, who ended up getting fouled on his drive to the basket only to miss one of the free throws. Beverley would have gotten to the hole uncontested if he had received the pass sooner.

Even Gallinari is not equipped to carry the team offensively when the intensity is kicked up a notch. The team should continue to be moving the ball for open looks and only Lou Williams and Tobias Harris should have free rein to initiate offense for their own shots depending on how hot they are at any given moment.

It's Lou and Bradley. Doc benched Beverly who kept throwing up ill-advised threes

Good to see Boban get more minutes but sorry I don't understand the gameplan of playing him down the stretch and letting Embiid score at will. Did Montrezl get hurt or something? He was 3-5 and only played 15 minutes.

Yeah he just came back in from rest. Why the hell is Avery Bradley in the game?

They look like they are actually trying to run plays for Bradley like he’s a true option. Called it last game and for a while the starting unit is built piss poor.

No idea, they both need to be traded though. They are losing the Clippers games of anything

I'm not particularly concerned with who starts the game as I'm actually okay with Beverley and Bradley setting the tone to start matches, but I concur with you that neither should be the primary option on offense during key moments of the game.

How did Beverly and Beverly get 30+ minutes of play time?
