Bummer that Bradley is out because of the injury, we need him to guard Rose yet Beverly is there while SGA with his size could match up with Wiggins occasionally after switch . I agree that Clippers have advantage on offence glass but it's a mismatch for CAT with both Boban and Harrell so Gortat will be needed tonight on D. Teodosic will have hard time to guard anyone from Minnesota guards except maybe Butler. I remember Serbia vs USA game on Olympics in the group stage where Teo did a good job on him while on the other side Butler couldn't stop Milos , however this is entirely different world. Hand-checking is allowed in FIBA and shooters are not so protected by the rules while refs watch with caution for travelings. I expect Thornwell season debut at one point and certainly some + minutes for both Wallace and Robinson.

In my mind bench is the key, I believe Clippers have stronger bench and better rested players overall. Gallo and Harris should open up the game while Beverly should strictly watch Rose and shoot only if they let him free.

Congrats for SGA, did not take him a long time to win over starer status. It's a big deal for the young rookie.

Excellent call to let Shai get a sniff of what it's like to start in the NBA. He is the future.

Beverly needs to focus better on defense

He heard you. :)

But I am concern that CAT will continue to torture our centers. Rose can't continue good shooting IMO just close out path to the basket for him. Also Doc should not react to Tom Thibodeau decisions to put his starters so quickly with his own starters, he should keep rotations like he did thus far before this game.

Tough game, we need to be in bonus too.

And I still don't know what was Rose complaining about, Milos made a regular foul and rose got the call immediately.

Yeah early observation this season is we greatly struggle against opposing all star bigs

Important win. Minnesota is better than the people realize. LAC did a good job on Butler but with help of the refs he exploded in the 4th qtr. Milos and Robinson had no chance guarding him and Rose when refs started to make calls on slightest contacts although I noticed that Milos really tried hard to play D. At the end yes I think we beat them on offence glass but two guys for whom I predicted will open the game finished as our two best on the floor. And Lou, I don't mind his shots and how much he demands the ball because he was hitting when it was the hardest part of the game. He was clutch even with that low percentage.

I , I, Check the Jimmy Butler trade thread. I was hoping for his bad game and everything worked well up until the 4th quarter. :banghead:
