Looks like Gortat is off the s#!tlist again. And he did have 5 assists in only 8 minutes. Along with setting ace screens, he's a facilitator in the offense if not a scorer.

The Lakers were prepared for our 2 favorite tricks--Lou's backdoor bounce pass into Trezz and especially the lob into Bobi. And even if Bobi caught it, they'd attack the ball in his hands and often pry it loose [3 TOs last night, in only 13 minutes]. The Gizmo has been found out, and you can be sure Popovich will be ready.


Where Motley fits in, I dunno. He's started alongside Delgado, which I suppose makes him at least a 4 1/2, not a strict 5. And he can shoot the 3 a little [28%]. Frankly, after a great start, Mike Scott has been off, shooting 33%/25% in his past 5 games. I wonder if Motley might be a fit alongside Trezz.

Don’t get why Doc would even start Boban it made no sense. Gortat played well against Denver and against LAL but he keeps losing his starting spot when it’s unnecessary.

Doc keeps reaching for a spark instead of doing the obvious thing with is sitting Bradley for Beverly. Reason why Doc shouldn’t get full credit his favoritism and rotations make no sense most of the time.

Why would you start or slowest big against Aldridge lol

Aldridge is only going to pull Boban out of the paint how was this not taken into consideration while game planning?

You try to make Aldridge work down the other end. But Bobi never got going. Fortunately Doc pulled the plug on it pretty quick. The other Clips were tight too.

Even though he started 0-for-3, once again Lou is the spark and we end the 1st only down by 2.

Why waste his call up days and not activate the guy for some games? I’m sure he could of got his practice in at a later date
