Once LAC is eliminated from playoff contention, he might get some minutes if Avery Bradley fouls out.

Garrett Chorpening, Clipperholics.com (1/16/18)Robinson has appeared in eight games for the LA Clippers this season, most of which came in early November. Due to his position in the rotation, he hasn’t received many minutes, but he has been productive when he sees the floor. So far, he’s averaging 2.9 points in roughly five minutes per game.
It’s likely that Robinson keeps his place in the rotation in tonight’s game, so there’s a solid chance he sees the floor during his usual times.
According to Basketball-Reference, Robinson has played in eight of a possible 13 games this season, so odds are he’ll at least take part in the contest.
The LA Clippers and Utah Jazz will meet tonight at 7:30 PM PST at STAPLES Center. The Clippers are a one-point favorite.

It's even more true if you read that one backwards.

What's the rush to miss the playoffs? Surely nobody's arguing that giving Avery's minutes to a raw rookie will increase our chances of a win tonight.
Go Clippers????

Then why don't you put lineups that do what you need, Doc?

"Rare foul from Avery Bradley"? Ralph and Hollins really are going full-on state propaganda with the telecast.

I'm guessing to play into the narrative by Doc saying that Bradley has been a good defender when that has not at all been the case for the Clippers. Heck, Don MacLean has called out Avery for his unnecessary fouls this season.

Missed layup then doesn’t get back . Lazy pick and roll defense so Harrell helps Gobert gets the kick out after Harris comes to help Harrell recover.

It's funny how Doc keeps doing what he's been doing and he and his apologists keep coming up with excuses for why things don't work out when he doesn't have a super-stacked roster and defensive genius backing him up.
The schedule was too hard. That's no longer the case. We don't have enough depth. Again, no longer the case. Can't win without defense and rebounding. As coach, you're in charge of putting the best lineup out there and putting your players in the best position to succeed and not favor any particular player at the expense of the whole team.
We're half-way through the season and Doc is still playing Bradley too much despite the dude being a blatant net negative so far. What's the point of not playing Shai and Rome more if Doc is squandering opportunities yet again to win games, especially when he keeps providing cushions for the opposition when our first unit keeps digging holes that our closing units can't quite overcome?
Practically everything Doc has done for the Clippers thus far has been a colossal waste of time.

Supposedly a Good Defender

The second instance may have been ruled a long 2-pointer but that's still stupid fouling from a guy who supposedly plays good defense and rarely fouls.
