Shamet over Temple
hard to argue
16 ppg, an incredible 7-12 from 3 in 2 games
his D is not amazing but he's been giving it hell and not letting his man get around him
and he definitely spreads the floor
let's see the other guys take advantage of it
we gotta stop getting into 20-point holes
this correspondent was onto Shamet early because I watch the Sixers
now he's a main reason to watch

Ryan Hollins was better last time because he relaxed
probably thought Maggette had it locked up, which I think he did
now with the Corey thing [hope he's innocent], Ryan sees the door cracked open
and he's pushing again
MacLean still my first choice by far
and I like Derek Fisher a lot on NBA-TV
and as I posted the other day, Mike Smith's nailing his tryout in Utah
oh well, at least Brian Sieman's killing it on the pre- and post-game
looks like he's a lock
I REALLY like him
a 12-year Clipper veteran too!!

about his home debut at Staples,
"I'm excited," said Shamet
in a monotone
LOL

FTR, at 6', Patrick Beverley is one of the guards--on offense Shai is the SF in the corner there and Landry is out front. On D, Shai is attacking the ball and Landry is more a SF.
If Shai at 6'6" ever learns to be a true PG, with Landry and Robinson at 6'5", our size problems are almost over.

That's pretty wild. Shamet's a pretty small 6'5. I'm impressed.

Robinson shot over 50% from 3 in G-League. I think having to do the rest of it [mostly D] at the NBA level is what's blowing his mind.
I thought Rome would figure out how to drive in the NBA and still be a scorer, but did you expect he'd actually master the 3-ball so soon? [Sindarius and Ty never did and probably never will.]
And at this point, he's looking up at Shamet, let's face it. In fact, Shamet was getting 21 mpg on a playoff team on 45%/41% shooting. I don't think Shai would get anything near that many minutes on the Sixers.

Shai on the 76ers absolutely would they still need help on the wings now. He would be taking minutes away from TJ or be playing on and off ball but yeah he wouldn’t start but be near sixth man.

Love that Shamet is acknowledging he needs to turn it up on defense even though he had a great scoring half
