with the Rockets a probable playoff opponent how much do you want to show them?

sort of like an NFL preseason game or a Week 17 game with the opps coming right up
do you just give them vanilla?

and Pat Bev is questionable
do you want to show Harden the living hell that Pat's preparing for him?

Doc also said they put some stuff in during practice Tuesday that they're saving for the playoffs. So coupled with holding Pat out, this is not gonna be a kamikaze mission. I also don't expect some guys playing 38 minutes like they will in the playoffs. We still need to work in the new guys, esp seeing if Chandler can give us quality minutes at the 3.

This game is the wrong hill to die on. The last game vs the Jazz, maybe... :nod:

if you follow the plus/minus throughout the game, you see that everybody's around minus-6 or 8
no huge difference between starters and subs

what's hurting us is defensive cohesiveness [HOU = 39 points in 1st quarter] and you don't get that by shuffling lineups and playing combinations not used to playing together

Getting destroyed in all aspects is the perfect time to be creative and make new adjustments. Playing Wilson Chandler just because it’s what we are use to when he looks old and slow is a lack of adjustments

this LAC team is about 6 weeks old

just getting out-basketball IQed and outfinessed on the court

for example, I like Shai one-on-one vs Chris
height advantage, 7-foot wingspan

but CP ran Shai through 3 different screens
the kid never had a chance

multiply that by Harden's 17/7/5 AT THE HALF

if I'm Doc at halftime, I just tell 'em to keep on keeping on
