This summer, I've never hated the Lakers and their fans as much with all their arrogance and overconfidence that they were gonna land Kawhi.

But I think the PG trade is what hurts them more seeing as how he used the Lakers as a leverage, only to re-sign with OKC. Now he's playing for the other LA team. Lol.

For sure. I have to deal with them on a daily basis and they really became unbearable after the AD trade. So this feels real good. I love how there were absolutely no leaks to maximize the damage done to the Lakers. They got played so badly lmao.

I was basically born a Laker Hater. Just a big Penny Hardaway/NBA fan as a kid. Followed the Clips and made them my team since 98. This feels good!!!

Some of them are ok. Smartyz456 is the biggest window licker on the General Board though.

My laker fan friends bagged me all week... said it wasn't looking good for the clippers... and acted so trashy. They're the same ones acting all nice and humble now. Clipper Nation, we welcome all. We not douchebags, don't ever stoop to the level of trash. Always have class.

The douchey ones are more comical than annoying tbh, and the veteran all-about-basketball ones are often good to have a conversation with. But you have to realize, they're run in a way where the brand is above everything, and as such they get a lot of fans that pick them as a fashion choice, not as a sports one. Guys who wouldn't last a whole game watching basketball but want that feeling of being superior and talking trash to other people for an accomplishment that's not theirs, the type of guys that bandwagon for other teams when the weather's not fair and are just coming back from their Warriors-fan time.

They are entitled, cocky and often delusional. So yeah I for sure have.

They were largely just noise to me and so was any of the Raptor fans who made fun of the Clippers.

The Laker trolls are predictable as well.

The trolls that **** around like that aren't particularly thoughtful or deep. There isn't that kernel of truth in their trolling that makes you ponder and like I said, they're usually predictable.

So yeah, I have to answer the OP.

Laker fans are always this obnoxious. I can't say I noticed any difference from their usual crap this offseason.

Listen, I've been a Laker fan since I was 10, just before the three peat. The channel back in my home country used to show more Lakers games than everyone else's. Hell, as a kid I didn't know there was another team in town.

Never felt anything against you guys up until Chris Paul and Doc Rivers covering our banners, Doc Rivers out of everyone else. Not hate, but like - what are these guys trying to prove/try when even when we suck, away games at Staples are like home games.

I've kept saying that for years, when you became relevant after your Olowokandi to Magette times, you've got to find yourselves a different town to build a legacy, to get out of the Lakers' shadow.

No banners will be covered by a former Celtic and you'll have your own town all to you, as LA will never be, even if you go now on a Dinasty.
