Outcome: A Mad Max desert of a future, a wasteland where the old eat the young to survive, with cries fir mercy echo through the streets of LA amongst the Flaker Faithful and odd cries of triumph are faintly heard from a locked tight building that appears to be octangally shaped, with faint cheers of Kawhi, Kawhi. Random, vacant eyed people staring as they walk down the street muttering Le'Bitch...Le'Fraud...AD, why did you do us dirty? And in the rest of America, the ease of a small sense of satisfaction in the outcome...that a rushed attempt at a short-cut to buy the brass ring versus building from wirk, sacrifice, and suffering ended in vain.
Post-Script: At the Weenie Roast held on AD's final day in the Spring of 2020, unheard of legions of Flakers fans sat around fires in the Arena parking lot, gnashing their teeth as they chomped on their roasted weenies and muttering at what might have been.
