watching the lakers game, they really have to contain middle penetration. Markelle is a wizard. Not the fastest, but crafty as hell. Vucevic stretches the floor, so I don't know if we'll see him out of his standard mins seeing how dwight and javale did against him. They did terrible.
I don't think its going to be an easy match up. Should be very interesting.

well the thing about matchups is that it's not always strength against strength
Zubac is on the roster for matchups like these
if Zu can play Vu roughly even for his 18 minutes, that's a win for us
now, can the quicker and more intense Trezz go to town for the 16 minutes when Vu is off the floor
and/or hopefully wear him out on the offensive end for the 14 minutes they go head to head?
to me that's the equation
making your matchup guy work on his defensive end is often the overlooked secret

I know Zu glad that Vuce is locked in on his deal with Orlando. Looking Saucy even Jokic can’t shoot like this

The most underrated thing about this team is that they are the only team in the league to have played the healthy KD Warriors for a full series.
The entire core is more battle hardened then the rest of the league.

One more half to go just make it out healthy

Zu plus+9 so Doc gives him 14 minutes [!] in the first half

to me that's the equation
Trezz is plus +11 in only 10 minutes and we're up by 20 at the half
there IS a plan, people
Zu-Bev is becoming the first-unit Trezz-Lou
Pat bev with 7 assists at the half
toldja Doc is tasking him as the PG, even giving him the power to call plays
Zu is the biggest beneficiary of a renewed Pat Bev
Pat looking like he did in the playoffs
PAT IS BACK

Kawhi putting out a little more
30 points in 27 minutes
leading by example, not waiting for the 4th
frankly I don't like him having to come back into the game with 7 minutes left as the Disneys pull to within 12 or so
we pull away easily once Kawhi comes back in but I still want a roster move
Lou & Trezz shouldn't have to drag the bench along EVERY FRIGGING NIGHT
I see why Trezz gets pissed
our "depth" is so overrated
PG misses games
Kawhi gets load management
but Trezz never gets an easy night
the Raptors became a championship team when they traded for Marc Gasol
we need a roster move

Been calling for Bev to be more aggressive as a floor general for a while. Seemed like he didn’t take up the playmaking goal because no one asked but as recent games have shown he can be more than serviceable.
He has to keep this focus and pace going it makes the team 10x better. Play with that I’m running this squad mentality than pass off and wait in a corner
